For our tour visit in April, we visited the wonderful manor house in Marcham near Abingdon, Denman, which is the WI’s centre for learning.
Education has been at the heart of the WI since its very beginnings. Denman is a flourishing centre for residential adult education and our tour visit explored the manor house, facilities and its surroundings including the purpose built cookery school.
